I was born in Budapest into an artistic family.
I have trained as an actress at the University of Music and Performing Arts, Vienna and at the Central School of Speech and Drama, London. I have been on stage and in front of the camera since I was 16 years old.
As an actress, I had always been fascinated with the human soul and that interest and the events of my life led me to this profession as a therapist.
After my medical practitioner training at the Paracelsus School Munich I passed the official medical examination and have received my medical practitioner permission for psychotherapy. Further education I did
in Philadelphia, Beck Institut, Cognitive Behavior Therapy Core 1 and in Munich
Verein zur Förderung der Familientherapie und -beratung.
Art influences my therapeutic activity and vice versa.
I believe successful therapy is based on a good match between the client and therapist.
I think also in therapy, every Jack finds his Jil. My therapeutic approach is empathetic, person-centered, non-judgmental, and completely confidential.
The therapy itself is individually tailored, because we all have different experiences, personality structures and belief systems.
